We have attached a roof plan, specification, and UL Fire Rating per the permit instructions as well. 1. Remove all existing roofing and sheet metal flashings associated with the roofing and legally dispose of the same off site. The existing roofing is a conventional built -up roof system with a granular cap sheet surfacing. 7/8" fiberglass leveling board is in place at this time and will be removed along with balance of roofing. 2. Inspect decking and report any deficiencies to the owner for instructions as to how to proceed. If decking replacement is required we will request that the City of Tukwila inspect as well. 3. Over a sound and clean wood deck install a GAF built -up roof system consisting of a nailed 28 lb base sheet and a mopped SBS Granulated Ruberoid reinforced cap sheet. 4. Replace all flashings with like kind. 5. Reflash all drain, scuppers, and overflows. 6. Reflash all electrical, plumbing, and gas jacks. 7. Replace all exposed wood conduit and gas line supports.
