AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R -1 ZONING TO C -2 ZONING
WITHIN THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, John B. Strander
the owner of the following described property having petitioned
the Planning Commission requesting re- classification of said
property from R zoning to C -2 zoning in conformity
with the comprehensive plan, and
WHEREAS, On May 17, 1973 a public
hearing on said petition was held before the Planning Commission
of the City of Tukwila, and the City Council having received a
favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission with
respect to the aforementioned petition and the City Council
having held a public hearing on said petition on July 2, 1973
and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi-
ficiation to be in furtherance of the public health, safety
and general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the real property described in Exhibit A attached
A hereto is hereby classified as C-2 in accordance with
Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, as amended, and the
City Council hereby adopts the map attached to Exhibit A as
illustrative of the real property described in Exhibit A.
The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this
Ordinance and map with the County Recorder.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
this 2nd day of July, 1973.

as follows:
Parcel "A" Beginning at an iron pipe marking the intersection of the
southerly line of 52nd Ave. S. and'the Westerly line of S.S.H. No. 181,
as said street located and dedicated in said section, thence South
49 degrees 11 minutes 8 seconds West along southerly line of 52nd Ave.
south a distance of 83 feet to the true point of beginning, which is
markied by an iron pipe; thence south 49 degrees 24 minutes 0 seconds
East 110 feet; thence South 40 degrees 36 minutes 0 seconds West 70
feet; thence North 49 degrees 24 minutes 0 seconds West to the SEly line—
of 52nd Ave. S. thence NEly along said R/W to the true point of beginning-.
