WHEREAS, Thomas Wirumer the owner of the following described property having petitioned the Planning Commission requesting re- classification of said property from RMH zoning to C -1 zoning in conformity with the comprehensive plan, and WHEREAS, On May 17, 1973 a public hearing on said petition was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Tukwila, and the City Council having received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission with respect to the aforementioned petition and the City Council having held a public hearing on said petition on July 2, 1973 and WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi- ficiation to be in furtherance of the public health, safety and general welfare, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the real property described in Exhibit A attached .4 hereto is hereby classified as C in accordance with Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, as amended, and the City Council hereby adopts the map attached to Exhibit A. Granting of the re -zone application is subject to the following conditions: 1. That no portion of the development have access or egress from or to Southcenter Boulevard. L 2. That no service station of any type be erected. 3. That all plans, to include site, elevations, grading, landscaping and signing, be submitted to the Planning Commission for review and approval. The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this Ordinance and map with the County Recorder. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor of the City of Tukwila, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of July, 1973.
