ORDINANCE NO. 784
AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM RMH ZONING TO C 1 ZONING
WITHIN THE'CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, Thomas Wirumer
the owner of the following described property having petitioned
the Planning Commission requesting re- classification of said
property from RMH zoning to C -1 zoning in conformity
with the comprehensive plan, and
WHEREAS, On May 17, 1973 a public
hearing on said petition was held before the Planning Commission
of the City of Tukwila, and the City Council having received a
favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission with
respect to the aforementioned petition and the City Council
having held a public hearing on said petition on July 2, 1973
and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi-
ficiation to be in furtherance of the public health, safety
and general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the real property described in Exhibit A attached
.4 hereto is hereby classified as C in accordance with
Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, as amended, and the
City Council hereby adopts the map attached to Exhibit A.
Granting of the re -zone application is subject to the following
conditions:
1. That no portion of the development have access or egress
from or to Southcenter Boulevard.

2. That no service station of any type be erected.
3. That all plans, to include site, elevations, grading,
landscaping and signing, be submitted to the Planning
Commission for review and approval.
The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this
Ordinance and map with the County Recorder.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Tukwila, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this
2nd day of July, 1973.

Property generally located at the Northwest corner of the
intersection of 67th Avenue Sough and Southcenter Boulevard
and legally described as follows:
Portion of Tract 15 lying westerly of a line described as
follows:_ Beginning 43' East of the Northeast corner; thence
South 130' to a point 46' East of the West line of said
tract; thence East at right angles 21'; thence South to the
CD South line thereof, less State Highway, but including that
portion of 62nd Avenue South vacated by the City of Tukwila
dated 6/20/66 by Ordinance Nom 457, Auditor's File No.
6055686; and
That portion of Lot 15, Interurban Addition to Seattle,
according to plat recorded in Vol. 10 of Plats, p. 55,
King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning
on the North line of said Lot 15 at a point 43' East of
the Northwest corner thereof; turning southerly 130' to a
point 46' East of the West line of said Lot 15; thence
easterly at right angles to said West line 21'; thence
southerly parallel to the West line of said Lot 15 to the
South line thereof; thence easterly along said South line
to a point 135' from the Southwest corner thereof; thence
northerly parallel to the West line of said lot 15' to the
North line thereof; thence westerly along said North line
thereof; thence westerly along said North line to the
point of beginning, EXCEPT portion thereof conveyed to
King County for road by deed recorded under Autitor's File
No. 2685208; and EXCEPT those portions thereof conveyed
to the State of Washington by deed recorded under Auditor's
File No. 5534286.
