AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING EXCESS CASH IN
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND AND TRANSFERRING
TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT ACCOUNT FOR THE
PURPOSE OF EMPLOYING ADDITIONAL HELP AND
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 752 WHICH ADOPTED
THE 1973 BUDGET
WHEREAS There is need for additional help in the
Municipal Court and
WHEREAS Cash in the current expense fund is in excess
of that anticipated by the 1973 budget adopted by Ordinace No. 752,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 752 adopting the 1973
budget be amended to reflect the following changes:
That there be appropriated from the Current Expense
Fund excess cash of $2,000.00.
Municipal Court Account 002/512.70.11.01, $2,000.00

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
