ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CON-
TINGENCY FUND TO THE EMERGENCY EMPLOYMENT
FUND, STREET FUND AND WATER FUND TO COVER
INCREASED SALARIES RESULTING FROM PROMOTIONS
AND PHASE OUT OF THE PEP PROGRAM.
WHEREAS Changes in job classifications necessitate an
increase in salaries and a change in status of employees in
accordance with the phasing out of the PEP Program, which necessi-
tates a transfer of funds from the contingency fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there be transferred from the contingency fund,
Account 105/519.80.42, Miscellaneous, $3,747.00, unto
Emergency Employment Fund
