ORDINANCE NO. 77/
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CASH FROM THE
CURRENT FUND TO THE EMERGENCY EMPLOYMENT
FUND.
WHEREAS There is a deficit of cash in the Emergency
Employment Fund for which the City will receive compensation
at the conclusion of the PEP Program, and in order to make
up this deficiency the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, ordain as follows:
Section 1. That cash be transferred from the current
fund to the Emergency Employment Fund in the amount of $10,000.00.
Section 2. That funds received by the City of Tukwila
at the conclusion of the PEP Program be used to reimburse the
current fund.
