ORDINANCE NO. 769 77t.9
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SPEED LIMIT
ON SECONDARY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 181 AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS. 627 734 AND 764.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a 50- mile- per -hour speed limit be and
the same is hereby established on Secondary State Ilighway NO. 181
within the city limits of the City of Tukwila, from the South
City Limits, which is State Highway Milepost No. 9.24, North to
South 180th Street, which is State Highway Milepost No. 9.74.
Section 2. That a 50 -mile- per -hour speed limit be and
the same is hereby established on Secondary State Highway No. 181
from the City Limits of Tukwila at a point .24 mile South of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul Pacific Railroad crossing which is
State Highway Milepost No. 10.29, to a point .15 mile North of
the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul Pacific Railroad crossing, which
is State Highway Milepost No. 10.68.
Section 3. That a 40 -mile- per -hour speed limit be and
the same is hereby established on Secondary State Highway No. 181
from State Highway Milepost No. 10.68 North to the intersection of
South 126th Street, which is the North City Limits of the City of
Tukwila. and 764
Section 4. That Ordinances Nos. 627 and 734 and they
are hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor this
