AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA 1 AS, �A FERRED TO AND
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. :.Y WITH REGARD TO
AN ADDITIONAL LOCATION FOR A FIRE STATION ON
ANDOVER PARK EAST.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Tukwila,
after due notice given, held a public hearing at 8 :00 P.M. on the
day of -Mert 1973, after which the members of the Planning
Commission voted to amend the comprehensive plan referred to and
adopted by Ordinance No. 347, by adding thereto a location for
an additional fire station on property on the East side of
Andover Park East, approximately 600 feet South of Industry Drive,
legally described as follows:
Tract 8, Andover Industrial Park No. 5, as
recorded in Vol. 83 of Plats, p. 22 and 23,
Records of King County, Washington,
and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended such an
amendment to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, The City Council on 1973, after due
notice given, held a public hearing regarding the recommendation
of the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the comprehensive plan of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, referred to in and adopted by Ordinance No. 344, he
and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That there be an additional fire station location desig-
nated in the comprehensive plan to be located on property on the
East side of Andover Park East, approximately 600 feet South of
Industry Drive, which is legally described as follows:

Records of King County, Washington.
