REPEALED BY 1348
AN ORDINANCE FIXING JULY 1ST OF EACH YEAR
AS THE DATE BEFORE WHICH ACTION TO FORECLOSE
DELINQUENT LOCAL IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS
MUST BE COMMENCED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That in accordance with RCW 35.50.030, July 1st of each
year is hereby fixed as the date, on or before which the City of
Tukwila must commence action of foreclosure on delinquent local
improvement assessments.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
this 1c1 I4i day of March 1973.
