order by the Mayor, Charles G. Baker, at 8 :00 P.M. Councilmen present
were Stan Mibkler, A. G. Radford, E. W. Ives, R. K. Doyle and J. A.
Hamilton.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

One bill C. E. 6487, for premium on insurance on two town
bridges, was not approved. Mr. Ives moved we cancell this insurance
on the bridges, effective Feb. 28, 1961, seconded by Mr. Doyle and
carried.
The report of the Treasurer was read and approved. The report of
the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.

Mr. Long reported two building permits issued in January. He also;,
Mr. Peltier desires to bring a building on his property up to the
requirements of the town Building Code.
Mr. Hamilton moved that,in the event Mr. Peltier does bring this
building up to the standards of the Tukwila Building Code, a Business
License will be issued to the occupants of this building, provided it
meets the zoning requirements, seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried.
Mr. Doyle moved the Heating ardinance be revised to provide for a
fee for inspection, seconded by Mr. Hamilton and carried.
Mr. Drew gave a very comprehensive report on Public Schoold. He
announced an election to be held in March.
Mr. Strander reported the Planning Commission approved the Andover
Plat and recommenlded the Council also approve same.
Mr. Ives moved the Council accept and approve the Andover Industrial.
Park No. 1, seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried. 1/
Mayor Baker asked Mr. Ives to work with Mr. Minkler and the
Planning Commission on a Sub- Division Crdiaance.
Mr. Hamilton moved the Council employ the Firm of Weter, Roberts
and Shefelman as bond Counsel for Andover Water Sewer L. I. D
seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried.
Meeting recessed at 9 :45 to meet on February 13, 1961, at 8 :00 p.m.
