ORDINANCE NO. 758
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
EXCESS CASH IN THE WATER FUND
TO BUDGETED ACCOUNTS TO COVER
EXPENDITURES IN THE FISCAL
YEAR 1972.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Excess cash in the Water Fund be budgeted to
the following account to cover expenditures for fiscal
year 1972 as follows:
Water Fund
Account: 430/534.30.37(3) Cost of Water $12,000.00
Total appropriated excess cash $12,000.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force five days after its passage, approval and legal publi-
cation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
on this 2nd day of January, 1973.
