ORDINANCE NO. 754 7
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW
FUND WITHIN THE CITYS ACCOUNTING
RECORDS TO BE ENTITLED "FEDERAL
SHARED REVENUE FUND" SPECIFYING
THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID FUND
IS CREATED, DIRECTING THE MANNER
IN WHICH SAID FUND SHALL BE
ADMINISTERED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
TRUST FUNDS
Section 1. FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND, NO. 199 ESTABLISHED.
There is hereby created and established a special fund No. 199,
to be designated as, "Federal Shared Revenue Fund," into which
fund entitlements received from federal revenue sharing disb-
ursements shall be placed, and from which disbursements and trans-
fers to City departments shall be made in accordance with federal
statutes, Treasury Department regulations, and Division of
Municipal Corporation directives.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
days after its passage, approval and legal publication.

on this 2nd day of January, 1973.
