SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Mayor Jim Haggerton called the Special Tukwila City Council meeting to order at 10:29 p.m. directly
following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
Barbara Saxton, Acting Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present were:
Council President Joe Duffie, Councilmembers Joan Hernandez, Pam Linder, Dennis Robertson,
Verna Griffin, Kathy Hougardy, and De'Sean Quinn.
Jim Haggerton, Mayor; Rhonda Berry, City Administrator; Kimberly Matej, Council Analyst; Barbara
Saxton, Acting Deputy City Clerk.
Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with the Prothman Company for the services of
Bob Noland as Interim Finance Director in the amount of $15,844 per month.
MOVED BY ROBERTSON, SECONDED BY HERNANDEZ TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A
CONTRACT WITH THE PROTHMAN COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES OF BOB NOLAND AS
INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,844 PER MONTH. MOTION CARRIED 7 -0.

10:30: pm. MOVED BY HERNANDEZ, SECONDED BY DUFFIE THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL MEETING BE ADJOURNED. MOTION CARRIED 7 -0.
