Special inspections per UBC Section 1704 are required unless fabricator is approved per Section 1701.7. MASONRY GROUT All methods and materials shall conform to UBC Chapter 21. Construction shall be per UBC Section 2104 with grouting per Table Number 21 -C. No special inspection required unless noted on plans. Grout shall be coarse type with a minimum compressive strength of 2000 psi at 28 days. ADHESIVE ANCHORS Adhesive anchors shall be Simpson ET with A 307 threaded rod or Hilti)HIT HY 150 system with A 36 threaded rod. Substitution of another product requires approval of the Engineer.
