AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 613 EXTENDING THE HOURS
FOR OPERATION OF MASSAGE PARLORS AND PUBLIC
BATH HOUSES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 613 be and
it is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 11. Business hours. No massage parlor or public
bath house shall be allowed to conduct business between the hours
of 2:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M."
This Ordinance shall take effect five days after publica-
tion, as required by law, but not before December 1, 1972.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tukwila,
Washingt on, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
