As part of the City's sidewalk ordinance, the Owner is required to upgrade their stormwater system to meet the • City's water quality treatment standards. Therefore, we are proposing that seven (7) Type II CB-54" FROP Tee Spill Control devices be installed at the discharge locations, as noted in the enclosed plans. However, there are two locations where the depth of the pipe is shallow (1.08' rim to crown at CB #7 and 2.0' at C13.#9A) and therefore makes the installation of a Type II CB with a tee not feasible. Therefore, based on discussion with you on May 19, since an approved structure and treatment device can not be installed, we have elected to not install any structure at these locations. Should further development and/or modification of the parking lot take place at these locations in the future, then a re- construction and lowering of the storm drain line can be considered at that time.
