STRUCTURE IS A PORCH, NOT REALLY LIVING SPACE, AND IS SEPARATED FROM THE
HOUSE BY A 6 1/2" EXTERIOR WALL DO WE NEED TO DO ALL THE ENERGY PAPERWORK?
AS WE SAID THIS IS A RE CONSTRUCT OF AN EXSISTING BACK PORCH THAT WAS IN BAD
SHAPE, A REPAIR, WE'RE NOT ADDING ANYTHING JUST FIXING WHAT WAS HERE.
