ORDINANCE NO. 739 73 C i
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A CITY SHOP CONSTRUCTION
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING CONSTRUCTION
OF SHOP FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, It is necessary that a fund be created for the
purpose of financing construction of City shop facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby created a fund to be known as
the City Shop Construction Fund, which said Fund shall be used for
paying the costs of constructing the City shop facilities.
Section 2. The City Shop Construction Fund shall be
funded by a transfer of funds from the Land Acquisition, Building,
and Development Fund in the sum of $207,000.00.
Section 3. The City Shop Construction Fund shall be
designated as Account No. 304/544.10, Construction of Facilities.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of the City of Tukwila,
.Washington, and approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting
thereof this 6 /h, day of November, 1972.
