7. Limits of clearing /grading with existing & proposed topography at 2' intervals extending 5' beyond property's
boundaries, erosion control measures & three buffer protection measures.
8. Identify location of sensitive areas slopes 20% or greater, wetlands, watercourses and their buffers (TMC
18.45.040).
9. Identify location and size of existing trees, note by size and species those to be maintained and those to be
removed.
10. Landscape plan with irrigation: Existing trees to be saved by size and species. Proposed: Include size,
species, location and spacing. Location of service areas and vault with proposed screening.
11. Location of high water mark of the Green /Duwamish River if site is located within 200' of the high water mark.
12. Lowest finished floor elevation (if flood control zone permit required).
13. Civil plans to include size of water supply to sprinkler vault with documentation from contractor stating supply
line will meet or exceed sprinkler system design criteria as identified by the Fire Department.

Stitch and #12 -14 Tek screws shall conform to ASTM A545.
#114 -14 Tek screws shall conform to ASTM A545
Washers shall conform to ASTM A525 with EPDM ASTM D2000 seals.
5. Bolts:
All bolts shall conform to ASTM A307.
6. Welding:
Ail welds shall be single pass t /A fillet Lino
7. Foundation:
Footings shall be poured on undisturbed native soil having a minimum
bearing capacity of 2000 psf
Contractor shall verify soil condition prior to construction.
8. Concrete:
Concrete Fc' = 2500 psi at 28 days.
9. Roofing:
HI - Rib II, Span - Line 36, or structural equivalent,
29 Ga. corrugated steel roof panels W/1 -3/8" ribs
w/#12 -14 x 1" screw fasteners at approx.12" O.C. or (3)
screws per each 36" wide panel @ each support.
