HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 1671 - Public Works Fee Schedule: Water, Sewer and Surface Water (Repealed by Res 1699) Resolution 1671 was amended or repealed by the following resolutions. 1699 ,FVJILA, ti f J j Q r C ity Washington Resolution No. 6 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A NEW PUBLIC WORKS FEE SCHEDULE, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO 1596, NO 1627 AND NO 1652. WHEREAS, each year the City analyzes the rate model for the three utility enterprise funds water, sewer and surface water; updates the traffic model, and analyzes the transportation network to ensure continued compliance with the Growth Management Act and the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, the City is authorized to impose fees that are similar to charges for services rendered, and WHEREAS, the City desires to annually update its impact fees to reflect current project costs, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
