Home My WebLink AboutOrd 0733 - Open Space Land Classification CITY OF TUK WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 733 733 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REQUEST FOR OPEN SPACE LAND CLASSIFICATION AS PROVIDED BY RCW 84.34. WHEREAS, Frances North has applied for open space land classification of certain property, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Tukwila held a public hearing on August 31, 1972, approving said request and forwarded to the Tukwila City Council on September 5, 1972, its recommendation for approval and the City Council on September 5, 1972, having approved said request, NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington, do ordain as follows: That the request of Frances North for open space land classification as provided by RCW 84.34 is hereby approved covering the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
