ORDINANCE NO., 725 7 024
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, It is advisable to invest city funds with as
little delay as possible,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of
Tukwila, Washington, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The seven city councilmen are hereby
.authorized to act as an investment committee to make investments
as provided by RCW 35.39.030, Chapter 7, Laws of 1965, Chapter 33,
Laws of 1969 First Ex. C., of city funds.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is authorized to invest
city funds as instructed by the investment committee comprised of
the seven council members.
Section 3. The,investment committee. shall make a
monthly report of all investment transactions to the City Council..
