J AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PETTY CASH
FUNDS WITHIN THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
AND THE WATER FUND
WHEREAS, demands of everyday business transactions
require the mailability of cash in various city offices, and
WHEREAS, Proper accounting procedures require the es-
tablishment of petty cash funds,
NOW THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, do ordain as follows:
1. That the following petty cash funds be created by
treasurer's checks:
City Clerk's office, 20.00
Police Department, 25.00
City Ti urer's Office, 100.00
2. That a petty cash fund be created by claims fund
warrant as follows:
Water Department, 75.00
Passed by the City Council and approved by the
Mayor the 21st day of August, 1972.
