7A0 ORDINANCE NO. 720
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570,
PROVIDING FOR THE PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC
MORALITY, PEACE, SAFETY AND THE GOOD
ORDER IN THE CITY OF TUKWILA AND PRO-
VIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
do ordain as follows:
That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 570 be amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 10: NUDITY AND INDECENT EXPOSURE: It shall
be unlawful for anyone to appear in a state of nudity, or in any
indecent or lewd dress, or make any indecent exposure of his person,
or to expose his private parts to public view, or be guilty of any
lewd act or behavior in any place exposed to public view.
(a) The terms "nudity" and "indecent exposure as
used in this Section, shall mean the showing of the human male or
female genitals, pubic area or buttocks, or the human female breast,
including the nipple or any portion of the breast below the nipple
with less than a full opaque covering.
(b) Violations of the provisions of this Section per-
mitted upon the premises of business establishments, including
cabarets, shall constitute cause for revocation of the business
or cabaret license of such establishment. Revocation of the
business license shall be accomplished in accordance with the
provisions of Section 11 of Ordinance No. 537. Revocation of
cabaret licenses shall be accomplished in accordance with Section
of Ordinance No. 470.
(c) Adjudication that any portion of this Ordinance

is unconstitutional shall have no effect upon the validity and
enforceability of the remaining portions thereof.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 7th day of August, 1972.
