AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCESSING FEE FOR
CURRENT USE ASSESSMENT APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is required by R. C. W. 84.34.040 to
review applications of owners of property within the City for current use
assessments for which it is entitled to receive a processing fee,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the processing fee for current use assessment applications
under Chapter 84.34 of the Revised Code of Washington be and the same is here—
by fixed in the sum of $50.00, plus one dollar per acre or fraction thereof, of the
property described in such application.
Section 2. That the money so received shall be paid into the City Treasury
and be used as necessary to pay the costs of processing the applications.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 5th day of July, 1972.
