AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED AND
EXTENDED SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE URBAN
ARTERIAL STREET PLAN.
WHEREAS The City of Tukwila has previously adopted a
six -year comprehensive urban arterial street plan pursuant to
RCW 35.77, and
WHEREAS The City is required annually to review the work
accomplished under the plan and to determine current city street
needs, and
WHEREAS A public hearing was held on the revised and
extended six -year comprehensive urban arterial street plan on
Monday, June 19, 1972, at 8 :00 P.M. in the Tukwila City Hall before
the Tukwila City Council.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
do ordain as follows:
1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and the public hearing on
June 19, 1972, the attached documents marked "Exhibit A" and
incorporated herein by reference, is declared and adopted as the
revised six -year comprehensive urban arterial street plan.
2. This Ordinance and exhibit shall be filed with the
Director of Highways of the State of Washington within thirty days
of its adoption as required by RCW 35.77,
3. This Ordinance and exhibit shall be submitted to
the Urban. Arterial Board as required by RCW 35.77.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR,
this 19th day of June, 1972.
