ORDINANCE NO 700 700
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1972 City of
Tukwila Budget adopted by Ordinance 690
as amended by Ordinances 697,698,and 6 99.
WHEREAS, Funds have become available from Federal Grants
to enable the City to proceed with sewer construction projects, and
WHEREAS, matching funds will be available from sale of bonds
to be authorized, a developer grant, and other funds, and
WHEREAS, interium financing is currently available.
=NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1972 Budget for the City of Tukwila,
adopted by Ordinance 690 as amended by Ordinances 697,698, and
699 is hereby further amended by adding the attached Page 31 -1.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this
17th day April, 1972.
