ORDINANCE NO. 699 699
AN ORDINANCE Amending the 1972 Budget, Ordinance
No. 690, as amended by Ordinances 697 and 698.
WHEREAS, funds allocated for the Legal Department in the
Current Expense Fund are in excess of anticipated needs, and
WHEREAS, funds are required for the Civil Service Commission,
and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds required that the Budget be
amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, TUE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1972 Budget for the City of Tukwila, adopted
by Ordinance 690 and amended by Ordinances 697 and 698 is further amended
as follows:
Page 7, Section 001.030.515.00.31(4) to read as follows:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 001
Legal Department 030
515.00.31.(4) Contractual Legal 16,900.
Page 5. That there be added the following:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 001
Non Departmental 010
513.20.42(8) Civil Service Commission 500.
