9. Identify location and size of existing trees that are located in sensitive areas and buffer (TMC 18.45.040), of
those, identify by size and species which are to be removed and saved
10. Landscape plan with irrigation and existing trees to be saved by size and species (exterior changes or change
of use only)
11. Location and gross floor area of existing structure with dimensions and setback
12. Lowest finished floor elevation (if in flood control zone)

. - Per your correction notice, we are unable to locate a tested 45 minute system with the
metal clips. The relite system has been revised to a U.L. rated frame for a 45 minute
rating and sections of wire glass in sizes small enough to meet 45 minute rating.
Steel frame will be trimmed in wood to match existing older relites in corridor. Revised
Sheets T-1 are attached with revision sheets.

department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have
enclosed review comments from the Buildng Division. At this time the Public Works
Department, Planning Division and the Fire Department have no comments regarding
your application for permit.
The City requires that two (2) complete sets of revised plans be resubmitted with the
appropriate revision block.
In order to better expedite your resubmittal a Revision Sheet must accompany every
resubmittal. I have enclosed one for your convenience. Corrections /revisions must be
