AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1972 BUDGET,
ORDINANCE No. 690, 11111 TRANSFERING FUNDS
TO THE 1970 U. A. B. STREET FUND.
WHEREAS, expenditures from the U. A. B. Construction Fund,
account No. 80, page 74, of the 1970 Budget have exceeded esti-
mated costs by the amount of $84,995.31, and
WHEREAS, funds are available from Street Fund Account No.
120.542.13, page 18, if the 1972 Budget, which funds are
transferable to the U. A. B. Construction Fund, Account No. 80
page 74 of the 1970 Budget,
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That there be transferred from the Street Fund,
Account No. 120.542.13, page 18, of the 1972 Budget, to the
U. A. B. Construction Fund, Account No. 80, page 74, of the
1970 Budget, the sum of $84,995.31.
2. That Account No. 120.542.13, page 18, of the 1972
Budget, be reduced from $106,545.00 to $21,549.69.
