This district implements the Low Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation, which allows a maximum of 6.7 dwelling units per net acre. It is intended to provide low density family residential areas together with a full range of urban infrastructure services in order to maintain stable residential neighborhoods, and to prevent intrusions by incompatible land uses. The following uses are permitted outright within the LDR district, subject to compliance with all other applicable requirements of the Tukwila Municipal Code. 1. Animal veterinary, including associated temporary indoor boarding; access to an arterial required. 3. The following uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted use, and clearly incidental to such permitted use, are allowed within the LDR district. 1. Adult day care and adult family homes. 2. Schools, preschool, elementary, junior and senior high schools (public), and equivalent private schools. 7. Radio, television, microwave, cellular or observation stations and towers. 8.
