O AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 664

The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordains
as follows:
That efforts to acquire certain real property by the
City of Tukwila as authorized by Ordinance No. 664 have dis-
closed questions of title to accreted land described therein,
making it inadvisable for the;City to acquire that particular
real property, and for that reason Ordinance No. 664 is
hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY TILE MAYOR
THIS 7th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1972.
