ORDINANCE NO. 688 e■
AN ORDINANCE providing for a cumulative
reserve fund for the purpose of acquiring
a Fire Pumper truck.
This is an ordinance of the City of Tukwila pursuant to
the provisions of R.C.W. 35.21.070 and is to provide for a cumula-
tive reserve fund to accumulate funds for the acquisition of a
fire pumper truck to be acquired when sufficient funds are avail-
able as well as adequate personnel and storage space is available.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby established within the City
of Tukwila a cumulative reserve fund for the acquisition of a fire
pumper truck.
Section 2. The moneys in this fund shall be accumulated
until the City Council determines to expend the moneys for the
fire pumper truck.
Section 3. This fund is subject to all the provisions of
RCW 35.21.070
Section 4. This fund shall accumulate the sum of Seventy
Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) as budgeted by the City of Tukwila.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Wash-
ington, and approved by the Mayor this 6th day of December, 1971.
