AN ORDINANCE amending the 1971 Budget
Ordinance No. 653 as amended by Ordinance
660 and 661.
WHEREAS, certain expenditures have arisen which could
not have reasonably been forseen at the time of the adoption of
the 1971 City of Tukwila Budget, and
WHEREAS, funds in excess of anticipated revenues will
exceed those previously set forth in the 1971 Budget.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS
IRO

FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the budget on file with the City Clerk
entitled "City of Tukwila Budget 1971" adopted by reference under
Ordinance 653 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Page 5, Item 313.00, General Sales Tax Revenue, Current Expense
Fund is hereby set forth to read $9,000;
2. Page 17, Item 313.00, General Sales Tax Revenue, Street Fund is
hereby set forth to read $6,000;
3. Page 15, Item 520.60.64.03 (Work Equipment, Fire Department) is
hereby increased in the amount of $7,000 to now read $92,639;
4. Page 16, Item 530.30.38.01 (Building Repair, Parks and Public
Buildings) is hereby set forth to read $1,350;
5. Page 16, Item 530.20.23.05 (Maintenance Supplies, Parks and Public
Buildings) is hereby increased by $650. to now read $850; and

6. Page 18, Item 542.10.14 (Storm Drains, Street Department) is
hereby set forth to read $6,000.
