AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE
OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF STIPEND
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the City of Tukwila, Washington, herein referred
to as "the City", and 6e6&/'4L'1 &16 i SE s , herein referred to as "Proposer", in
consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions herein specified.
1. In response to the City's RFP for the Southcenter Access Improvement: Klickitat
Drive/Southcenter Parkway Area, the Proposer submitted a proposal.
2. The RFP for this project included a term that authorized the City, in its sole discretion, to
award a stipend of up to $10,000 to each proposer that submited a responsive but
unsuccessful proposal that received a technical evaluation score of at least 700.
3. The Proposer's proposal received a technical evaluation score of at least 700.
4. In consideration for the City's agreement to pay $10,000, the City reserves the right to use
any ideas or information contained within the Proposer's proposal.
5. The Proposer understands that it may decline to accept this stipend, in which case the
City will not use any of the ideas or information contained in the Proposer's proposal
unless those ideas and information were identified independently by the City, by a
proposer who accepted the stipend, or by the winning proposer.
6. The Proposer understands that regardless of acceptance or non-acceptance, the materials
submitted by the Proposer in response to this RFP are the property of the City and will
not be returned. All submittals are deemed public records as defined in the RCW
42.17.250 to 42.17.340.
