Maintenance requests should be directed to Enc Hansen at 206-236-6200, during office hours_ After
regular office hours, on weekends or holidays and for emergencies, please use this phone number for
after amours, emergency mstructions. We encourage non -emergency requests be handled during normal
office hours.

month. Please ensure that your Accounts. Payable departinent is apprised of this lease language. Monthly
invoices are mailed near the 2:1Sz of each month,m advance. However, these invoices are not a lease
requirement, rather a cauttesy reminder_
