AN ORDINANCE vacating a Portion of Macadam Road. Ordinance 671 was amended or repealed by the following ordinances. AMENDED BY: REPEALED BY: 1218 S, /G08 CITY QF TUK WILA WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 671 47/ CV CD AN ORDINANCE vacating a Portion of NJ Macadam Road. CD WHEREAS Ordinance 183 of the City of Tukwila provided for the annexation of certain property known as the Golden Arrow Farms, and WHEREAS Section 5 of said Ordinance provided for the vacation of a portion of a street known as Macadam Road, and WHEREAS a search of the City records indicates that no street vacation was commenced or consummated, and WHEREAS Resolution No. 262 was passed setting May 17, 1971 at 8:00 P. M., for a hearing on the proposed vacation, and WHEREAS the hearing was held on said date and all inter- ested parties were heard, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the street described on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is vacated. Section 2: The property so vacated shall belong to the abutting property owners, one half to each as provided in RCW 35.79.040. Section 3: Provided that the City shall retain an easement for the construction, maintenance and repair of public utilities and services. PASSED by THE CITY COUNCIL, this 17th day of May, 1971. Gillian Donation Claim Number 40, in Township 23 North, Range 4 East, ON W.M., as conveyed to H. Wayne Anderson and Ardeth Anderson, his CU wife, by deed recorded under Auditors File Number 5845225, CD and lying Westerly of the Southeasterly projection of the East \J erly line of that portion of said William H. Gillian Donation Claim Number 40, as conveyed to Foremost Dairies Inc. by deed CD recorded under Auditors File Number 5088181. (Which is also the Westerly margin of 65th Avenue South.) rs- EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within the limits of a strip of land )50 feet in width, the Centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Centerline of Bluff St. (65th Ave. S.) as delineated by .that certain affidavit recor- ded under Auditor's File Number 710 2010298, with the North line of said Donation Claim No. 40 which is also the South line of the Interurban Addition to Seattle, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 55, records of King County, Washington, baid intersection being also a point on the arc of a 794.79 foot radius curve concave to the West and tangent to the Centerline of said 65th Ave. S. which bears South 16 °57'32" East, Thence South- erly along the arc of said curve concave to the West 79.07, Thence South 11 °15'32" East 300.26 feet to the Centerline of the Renton Three Tree Point Road Number 2649, and the terminus of said Center- line. description. .1
