Enclosed for the City's records is a copy of the certificate issued by the Secretary of State of the State of Washington documenting the City's new membership The District has begun work with King County Council staff and the Assessors Office to add the City of Tukwila to the District s special assessment in 2003 I will keep you posted on our progress In the mean time, I am available to answer any questions you may have. That on the 22" d day of March 2002, the State Conservation Commission did duly determine that the operation of the enlarged district is administratively practicable and feasible, That the boundaries of the said distnct be changed by the State Conservation Commission as follows "ADDITION OF THE INCORPORATED CITY OF TUKWILA."
