In return for use of a driveway and parking area operated by
John C. Radovich located at or near the Duwamish/Green River Trail in the City of
Tukwila, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, Washington, I, the undersigned on behalf of the
City of Tukwila, hereinafter called "City," a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Washington, agree to release and hold harmless John C. Radovich , its
officers, employees, agents and assigns, for bodily injuries and property damage arising out
of Tukwila's negligent use of the developed private drive and parking area of
the Radovich property for use as access for constructing improvements of the
Duwamish/Green River Trail of the City of Tukwila. The City agrees to restore any and all
areas of .Tohn Radovich 's property as nearly as possible to itsireconstruction
condition within thirty (30) days following final completion and acceptance by the City of
Tukwila.
I have read the forgoing Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand the
same, and acknowledge that I am signing it voluntarily of my own free will and accord.
