Continuation of improvements to Tukwila DESCRIPTION International Blvd. Phase II and III will be constructed together JUSTIFICATION. Pedestrian safety access control, vehicle accidents, lighting and drainage improvements needed. STATUS Design report complete, plans, specifications and engineering began in 2004 Construction to begin in 2008. MAINT IMPACT Negligible.
