while on duty and will be unavailable to the Police Force for
an unknown period of time, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds from the
Contingency Fund to the Current Expense Fund to provide for
the costs incurred as a result of the injury,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Contingency
Fund and transferred to Current Expense Fund 001, Police Depart-
ment 070, Subsection 11.01, Page 12, of Ordinance 653 of the
City of Tukwila.
