Although we do not yet have a plan in place, 1 can assure you within the park area, and most likely in the pond's buffer areas, we will plant a minimum of ten trees. I ask that you move quickly to inform Brenda Holt that this obligation will be met later this year. We hope the rather simple building permit can be issued by the end of this week and that the tree replacement issue will not hold up the permit process. Please contact me if you have further concerns. I will try to have a tree planting plan to you by the end of this month.
