Development Director; Nick Olivas, Fire Chief and Kimberly Matej, Legislative Analyst
The work session consisted of presentations and discussions regarding the Development Agreement for
Tukwila South as well as respective development regulations. The Tukwila South project will encompass
the annexation of approximately 250 acres to the City, and the development of nearly 500 acres of land.
Council did not identify any items as requests for additional information during the Work Session.
The group agreed to schedule a 5th Work Session for Wednesday, May 20, 2009, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers to finish financial discussions and address any other remaining items.
