ORDINANCE NO. 654
AN ORDINANCE establishing and creating
a Building and Land Acquisition and
Development Fund for the City of Tukwila.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created within the City of Tukwila
a fund to be known as the "Building and Land Acquisition Fund
Section 2. Said Fund shall be the budgeting or accounting
entity authorized for the specific activities and purposes of said
fund.
Section 3. The specific activities and purposes of said fund
is for the acquisition of land; the development of lands; the con-
struction of buildings and structures other than buildings all for
municipal purposes as determined by the City Council of the City of
Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, this 7th
day of December, 1970.
