Legislative Analyst
The work session consisted of presentations and discussions regarding the Development Agreement for
Tukwila South as well as respective development regulations. The Tukwila South project will encompass
the annexation of approximately 250 acres to the City, and the development of nearly 500 acres of land.
Council requested that the City have legal representation present at the work session scheduled for
tomorrow, May 20, 2009. The group is aware that City Attorney Shelly Kerslake is currently in a trial.
Staff will ensure a legal representation from Kenyon Disend is in attendance tomorrow.
Staff indicated that there would be various housekeeping changes made to the Development Agreement.
Council requested a redline version of the Agreement once those changes have been made.
