The work session consisted of presentations and discussions regarding the Development Agreement for
Tukwila South as well as respective development regulations. The Tukwila South project will encompass
the annexation of approximately 250 acres to the City, and the development of nearly 500 acres of land.
In order to make a policy decision regarding the appropriate width of the bicycle /pedestrian trail discussed
in the Development Agreement, Council requested additional information regarding the viability of the
trail width at 16 -18 feet.
