of the City of Tukwila for the Fiscal
Year 1971,

AN ORDINANCE adopting the Annual Budget
of the City of Tukwila for the Fiscal
Year 1971.
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Budget of the City of Tukwila
for the year 1971 was submitted to the City Council on November 2,
1970 and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the proposed budget was duly
advertised and held on December 1, 1970, and said hearing was con-
cluded on said date.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the Budget on file with the City Clerk
entitled "City of Tukwila Budget 1971" be and the same is hereby
adopted by reference as though fully set forth in accordance with
RCW 35.33.075.
Section 2. That the Annual Budget for the Year 1971 and
each and every item thereof /4s fixed and determined by the Pre-
liminary Budget for the Year 1971, as revised by the City Council,
is adopted in its final form and content as the final Budget for
said year.
Section 3. The totals of estimated revenues and appro-
priations for each separate fund and the aggregate totals for all
such funds are as follows:
