Clean concrete dust from hole. STEP 5 Hammer a 2` Nail -In thru the end stop and track into the floor. STEP 6 Lightly tap on the other end of the track to make sure the two track sections are . still seated together. STEP 7 Using a 2" Nail -ln, install the end stop on the other end. STEP 8 Maintaining careful alignment of the track with the chalk line, drill a 1/4" i diameter hole tbru the mid-anchor pin holes into the concrete floor approximately 14/2" deep. And install repeating steps 4, S and 6. STEP a) Repeat step 7 as many times as required. When you are done installing Z -rail, the overall length of each Z-rail should be equal to the adjacent track TROUBLE SHOOTING STEP 1.) PROBLEM CARRIAGE RUBS ON TOP OF Z -RAIL. The total number of fire extinguishers required for your establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each 3000 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 10B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. (NFPA 10, 3 -1.1) Extinguishers shall be installed on the hangers or in the brackets supplied, mounted in cabinets, or set on shelves (NFPA 10, 1 -6.9), and shall be installed so that the top of the extinguisher is not more than 5 feet above the floor. (NFPA 10, 1 -6.9) Extinguishers shall be located so as to be in plain view (if at all possible), or if not in plain view, they shall be identified with a sign stating, "Fire Extinguisher ", with an arrow pointing to the unit. Fixtures required for exit illumination shall be supplied from separate sources of power for Group I, Divisions 1.1 and 1.2 occupancies and for all other occupancies where the exiting system serves an occupant load of 100 or more.
