When drafting the site plans, please use larger arrows, different line weights and styles whenever possible to help the reviewer differentiate between a property line, pipe, easements, rights -of -way, and dimensioning. 3. When drafting the site plans, please remove extraneous information. You need show the footprint of the house and other structures, driveway footprint, water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, footprint of the street and cul -de -sac, easements, rights -of -way, existing and proposed topography. Please show dimensions, materials, slopes, clean -outs at pipe bends, etc.. We do not want the survey information. Please limit the topography lines to within 15' of the property lines. For all commercial, multifamily and single family subdivisions, hydrants shall be placed so that a hydrant is within 150 feet of a building and so that no point of a building (around it's perimeter) is greater than 300 feet from a hydrant. Distance from a hydrant to a building is measured along the path of vehicular travel. (City Ordinance #1692) In lieu of a fire hydrant, an approved residential fire sprinkler system may be installed when vehicular travel distance from the nearest hydrant exceeds 150 feet. 2.
