ORDINANCE NO. 6 V6
AN ORDINANCE adopting a Comprehensive
Sewer Plan.
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the health, safety
and welfare of the Citizens of Tukwila that a Comprehensive Sewer
Plan be adopted;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the attachment marked "Exhibit 1" and
designated as the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for the City of Tukwila,
Washington, August, 1970, is hereby incorporated by reference and
adopted and ordained as the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for the City
of Tukwila, Washington.
Section 2. That not less than three (3) copies of said
Comprehensive Sewer Plan have been and shall hereafter remain on
file for use in examination by the public in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Tukwila, Washington.
Section 3. That any ordinance or ordinances of the City
of Tukwila in conflict with any of the provisions of said Compre-
hensive Sewer Plan are hereby repealed.
